At Phillips Homes we know there are tenants out there wise to the system, this is why as a part of our professional service we make sure we have two references and a guarantor. We also provide inspections 4 times per year and full colour inventories. Our Lettings Manager arrange for the utility services and council tax to be transferred on the day that the tenants moves in.

1 Personal – Someone who can vouch for you as a person who has known you a long time (must be employed).

Your guarantor MUST be employed, earning over £16,000 minimum OR they must be a home owner.
