Having bought and sold properties for many years, Michelle has a wealth of knowledge in the Sales and Lettings Market. As a previous Welsh Gymnast, Michelle has the flexibility to cope with the strains and stresses in this buoyant market!

Having run businesses of her own in the past, as well as working with one of South Wales’ leading Estate and Letting Agents, Ruth has a proven track record in lettings and estates management.

Qualified in many aspects of financial advice, Rob helps the majority of our clients attain finance to assist in the purchase of properties. Having also worked as an estate agent in London and Tonypandy, he has a strong understanding of the market and knows what is required to help our buyers and vendors complete without any hassle!

You will probably deal with Jane first as she is your first port of call. When contacting Phillips Homes, let Jane deal with all your enquiries you might have in the Lettings and Sales departments.  As a Manchester lass, I am sure she will be able to cope with any of your queries.

Janet has a wealth of experience in lettings and this certainly makes life a lot less stressful for both our tenants and landlords!  Janet is a key member of our team, running the Lettings department with true professionalism and proven loyalty.

We provide a maintenance service and are on call 24/7 to cope with any emergency.  From full renovations to repairs our team can quote on any job – we only use qualified electricians and Gas safe engineers.
